Does your school require volunteer hours?
Here is a great opportunity to gain 18 meaningful volunteer hours, just by speaking and listening! Ascension’s ESL (English as a Second Language) ministry runs many classes, one meeting on Monday nights (7-8:30pm), another meeting on Wednesday nights (7-8:30pm).
LuAnn Pengidore (pittsburghenglish4u@gmail.com) is looking for small group leaders who can help language learners practice what they are learning. It would be so much fun! There are 12 sessions left in this Spring Semester. Email her for more info.
Another way you might want to share your gifts is by baking a pie (or cookies) for a ‘Friday PieDay’! Contact me if so!

Friday 4:30-5:30pm PieDay Friday at 849 Jancey.
Friday 6:30-8:30pm Middle School Youth Group. So thankful for how well it went last Friday!
Saturday 2pm. The Ordination of Josh and Jess Bennett! You may remember Josh and Jess who ran CAYG for the last two summers, and who led the last Harrisburg trip. Come out to support them at Ascension on this very special day.
Sunday 6:30-8:30pm. High School Youth Group. I really appreciated everyone’s engagement with our new gathering moment in the moodily-lit hunt rooms!
