Exercise can benefit both our physical and our mental health, and how much better when you work(out) as a team and can really see the difference the same day!
These workouts may not show immediate differences in your six-pack or biceps, but you will see real change if you jump into one or both of these workout opportunities.
- Friday night, 8.30-8.40pm. Taking down and putting away 9-square. Parents and youth are invited to come down the steps to the New Catacombs at the end of CAYG on Friday to take apart and put away our 9-Square game set. With two people it is a nightmare, but with ten people, the job is fun and easy! It was up, and now it is gone! See the difference!
- Saturday morning, 9.00am-12pm. Taking down and putting away the Big Tent on the lawn. Parents and youth are invited, the weather looks fine, and there is pizza at the end. It was up, and now it is gone! See the difference!
