Good morning, dear readers! I hope this email finds you well!

This (pre-scheduled) email will likely find me still unconscious because I JUST finished my 2 JuneTerm intensives! As such, I’m afraid you’ll have to go one more week without my wonderfully humorous intros and out-ros because this newsletter is the only thing standing between me and sweet sweet hibernation. (Who would have thought cramming 2 doctorate courses into 2 weeks each would be so tiring?)

As has inadvertently become the norm, I shall reward your patience with photos of cake at the end.

CAYG on Father’s Day!
Band: 5:45 for pizza, rehearsal at 6!
Non-band members: 6:15 for pizza!
Program begins: 6:30 in the nave!
Program ends: 8:30.
Parents: Collect your t(w)een under the tent (weather permitting) where they will be feasting on ice cream treats!

Interested in running powerpoint? Meet me (Kelsey) at the computers in the nave at the beginning of CAYG, and learn on the job!

High School Seniors Nostalgia Night! Wed, July 6!

Alas, Alex was struck with the plague when this was originally scheduled, so it had to be rescheduled. With him being in England, join Leah instead!

July Mission Projects!
We have finalized the locations of the projects! Our tasks will be dependent on sign-ups, so please help us give them a fairly accurate estimation of volunteers by signing-up!!!

Aaaaaand that is all that is pressing!

As thanks for reading the announcements in full AND signing-up for things, feast your eyes on this cake! I did it this weekend between the two Juneterm courses. Because apparently I bake/decorate when stressed. And I was very stressed.

I’m especially pleased with the waterfall. Look at it! It froths at the bottom before it becomes the moat! And the little roses climbing up the stonework!! And a chocolate draw bridge! And the tiny pine trees! Gaaaaaa!!!! My brother liked it so much I’ll be remaking it for his wedding in August.
