Hello hello dear readers, how is everyone? I’m fine- learning firsthand that “COVID Fog” is a very real thing with the whole difficulty thinking and stuff, but it’s nice to have some inner “peace” and quiet in my brain for the first time.
Alex, if you’re reading this, you should know that you haven’t been gone a full week and already the Children’s Ministry have contacted me for my services!! (Relax, I’m not defecting. Their puppet Sally Lolli needs a red dress for Pentecost- seriously, relax.)
In non-church territorial and political news, let’s talk announcements!
Ascension TENT service at 9
With such lovely weather, Ascension is bringing back the TENT SERVICE.
9am: Tent
11am: Inside, live-streamed, MASKED.
Remember, this Sunday is PENTECOST, so wear your fiery colors.
CAYG Leaders
This summer while Alex is away, we’re very excited to be lead by returning stars and recently ordained as deacons, JOSH AND JESS BENNET!

Ordinarily I’d comment on how they’re clearly being one of those annoying cutesy couples who wear matching outfits. But when I had covid last week they bought me the chick-fil-a nuggets I needed to survive, so I’ll let it slide this one time.
Please pray for the LEADERS as we have our Training Day this Sunday 6:30-8pm!
Summer CAYG begins NEXT Sunday!
Check out our summer schedule and register if you haven’t!
Why do I need to register by June 4? Because June 5 I’m going to Aldi to buy the ice cream treats. Also we need time to organize groups.
(Note: A few parents reported a glitch or 2 in the RSVP form- it’s fixed!! Register now!)
The SUNDAYS of June

The SATURDAYS of July

We’re still finalizing the two non-Ascension locations, so do keep checking in. A clarifying email will be sent to those who have registered, so to avoid accidentally going to the wrong spot, do sign up! And remember, family and friends and PARENTS VOLUNTEERING AS CHAPERONES are welcome to join us in July for the summer projects!
With that dear reader, I away away. Only 4 days until class begins, and much reading to do in the meantime. My parting gift to you this day, is a picture from my garden- my roses have just begun to bloom. ❤

Much love,
Kelsey Nienna ❤
