HELLO DEAR READERS! How are you this fine, blue-skied, sunny day?? I’m great- finger splints are officially OFF and NOW I get to find out if it’s humanely possible to write 5 graduate-level papers in 4 weeks! (If not, I will settle for inhumane, but humane is nearly always my first choice.)

1. Saturday, 9am: Taking Down the Tent!
You know how in the olden-days the community would come together to raise the barn and there would be singing and dancing and much fun? Well picture THAT but instead of erecting a barn, you’re taking down a giant tent!! And there may not be much singing and dancing unless you initiate it.
Dress comfortably and come join the multi-generational team!
Where: Ascension, where the tent is.
What: To take the tent down before the weather does for us (again).
Who: If you have working hands and legs, you can help. Youngest volunteer is 5-years-old, though admittedly he’s mostly on the “Encouragement/Critical Feedback Team.”
2. Sunday Youth Collection
After CAYG please pick up your youth at the Neville parking lot. Feel free to park and walk to the glass doors, featured in the photo above. We’ll be herding them in that direction after our closing prayers.
3. Wreaths- 18 Days!
Hey! Guess what! We’re selling wreaths! Didn’t you know? Well howdy-ho sit yourself down and let me tell you: We have 18 days left to sell wreaths! The pizza party hasn’t been claimed yet, AND there are still a bunch of individual prizes to be won! So get out there and share the link! We will have lots of hard copies by the door on your way out, Sunday night.

And with that dear reader, I shall away to type with my recently freed (albeit stiff) fingers. Though they shake from lack of practice, spling errrs are lessened, and I shall revel in the joy of FINALLY being able to use ()s! Seriously, for the last month, any time I’ve said “parentheses” it always ALWAYS would do the WORD and NEVER the “()”. Like, who designed this flaw in voice-to-text dictation software?? When have you ever said the WORD parenthesis? Anyway, after 5 weeks of being unable, off I go to do homework at long last. And thank you to all who donated halloween candy, you are all my favorites and I love you parentheses almost parentheses as much as I love Kit-Kats.
