Due to Kelsey completely forgetting busy summer schedule, the first email update was never created. So now you have twice the fun photos!
Because Alex was doubtlessly biking as he emailed me, I’m not entirely sure what’s going on in these photos. BUT having volunteered with CAYG for 6+ years AND having ridden a bike once (1x) this year and NOT passed out on the side of the road (it was close, I called 5 people to pick me up…) I feel pretty confident I can caption this bike trip correctly.
Oh my dear reader, the next few photos were sent to me today. Two days have passed since hearing from Alex, and when you see the horrors you too will be heartbroken and urgently compelled to pray for them. Viewer discretion advised.
Dear dear reader, pray for them. If there is anything left of them come Friday, there may be more photos. Despite all of this, families are still asked to welcome those who remain this Saturday, 5pm. Come to the tent for pizza and communal lament.
