- Hello! So no CAYG this weekend, but Ascension does have a fun inter-generational dance social planned for the Labor Day Weekend Sunday night (7pm, Parish Hall). “The first part of the evening will consist of a beginners’ dance lesson (as easy as line-dancing) from instructor, Dara DeChellis, followed by a time of free dancing. - CAYG Leaders can look forward to our special Leaders’ Training Morning on Saturday September 7 (9.30am-lunch)
- Youth Confirmation returns for our next Monthly Lunch on Sunday Sep 8th. 1-2.30pm in the Hunt Rooms.
- Parent Gathering! Jim & Tiziana Rankin will be hosting another evening for parents of teens to pray together on Sunday Sep 8 (6.30-8.30pm) in room 105 in Ascension’s Education Wing. All are welcome! Contact me if you’d like to find out more and get connected.
- Parish Retreat at Laurelville (Oct 4-6). We always welcome CAYG friends from other churches as this special annual highlight is not just for Ascension families. Registration has just opened (the youth lodge is already half-full) and you can do so online here.
