- A big thank YOU to everyone who made CAYG’s last event of 2018 such a success. From the dinner, to the overnight, to the Saturday morning service projects, I heard nothing but praise for leaders and youth alike.
- Do come down to the Old Catacombs and see everyone’s word for 2019, hanging in a red disc on the tree (see picture above)!
- Regular CAYG events recommence on Friday January 25 and Sunday January 27 2019, beginning our series on Prayer.
- But in the three weekends leading up to that relaunch, I am encouraging a range of parent- or volunteer-led social gatherings, especially designed to be welcoming to folks who haven’t been to CAYG before.
- The High Schoolers are organizing ‘Mac N Cheese with Mari G… N a Movie’ on Sunday January 6 at Ascension (6pm-8:30pm) and ‘Eat n Skate’ (6pm-8:30pm) in Squirrel Hill on Sunday January 13.
- I would love to hear from any parents of middle schoolers or Friday night leaders who have an event they would like to organize on Friday January 4 and 11th. The climbing event at Ascend was very popular last time.
