- I’m very excited about our summer projects in Haiti and Charleston and very thankful that we get to offer this win-win Christmas Wreath fundraiser again. This has been such a success for the last two years because so many folks choose good Christmas wreaths at great prices, and are happy to support our youth and their summer projects as they do so! It is also a win for youth group families because the hard work spent recruiting wreath orders means the summer project trips can become affordable!
- Paper order forms went out with clipboards last weekend but this year we can now offer a fully online order process!!! Click here for your order, or go to the Wreaths page if sending the link to neighbors, friends and family.
- As well as getting to chat to neighbors or knowing that you’re blessing other CAYG families with the profit from your completed wreath orders, the other benefit of being the individual or team (max of 3 people per team) who brings in the most completed order forms by Sunday November 25th is the reward of an Amazon Gift certificate worth 20% of your total collective order. I.e. if your team of two gathered 20 order forms (if that is the most any group gathers) with the total order value of $1,000 (for example: 3 white pine roping, 15 Frazier wreaths with bows, 14 mixed wreaths and 4 hanging baskets), then you would celebrate receiving a $200 Amazon gift certificate (split two ways, so $100 each).
- Regular CAYG this weekend PLUS we will be having regular CAYG the weekend following (as well as the Diocesan Youth Gathering that Saturday). So CAYG continues as normal up to and including the weekend before Thanksgiving.
- Ski Trip! We are planning on going to Hidden Valley again on Sunday January 13 and Monday 14, staying at the Smith’s. Interested in joining? Or being a chaperone? Or being the point person administrating the trip in the weeks leading up? Get in touch! An official sign up process is forthcoming.
